Syndicated magazine research company, Affinity, has partnered with Zinio in order to expand Affinity’s Digital Service, VISTA, to continue meeting the growing needs of magazine agencies, publishers and advertisers. VISTA Digital Service tracks how effective digital magazine ads are that are sent through computers, iPads, etc. With the partnership, Affinity will increase the amount of Zinio digital magazine issues that it tracks and can then show how well the ads on Zinio are working. VISTA will start with Zinio’s new section, Zinio Explore, in order to see how effective those ads are.
Together, Affinity and Zinio plan to create a series of research initiatives that will help form a standard for digital magazine technology, its content and advertising, regardless of platform.
